It is certainly the most challenging course we offer, because it provides a high number of hours of attendance.
Students are free to bring their own furniture and objects on which the rules for a correct philological and antiquarian restoration will be applied. The actual restoration will be accompanied by specific in-depth lessons on joinery techniques, furniture history, carving, traditional finishing, gilding and lacquering. The maximum number of participants admitted to the course is 5 people. The ultimate goal of this course is to provide a basic education through which the student can consciously and fearlessly approach the restoration of a wooden artefact.
